Get placed where the work is real.
We're Adcrate. We run ad accounts for Huel, Harry's, Tushy and The Perfect Jean, and brands and agencies ask us to find them creative strategists. Clear our bar and we put you in front of them. It costs you nothing.
Not a job board. A bench.
Placements, not gigs
Full-time and contract roles with brands and agencies that actually run paid social. You're hired by them, on their payroll or their contract.
Brands you couldn't get in front of
They come to us because they don't know how to find you. We already have the relationship, so you skip the job board and the recruiter.
A strategist in your corner
An Adcrate strategist marks your test, preps you for the interview, and tells you the truth either way. Two lines of real feedback, even if it's a no.
Most people don't make it. Here's the bar.
It's the same bar we hold our own team to. Every finalist a brand meets has already proved these four things on real account work. If this isn't you yet, don't apply yet.
Reads the account first
Opens the ad account before opening a brief. Knows what's already won and what's been beaten to death.
Writes hooks, not vibes
Every angle is tied to a persona and a proof point. If it can't be falsified, it doesn't ship.
Briefs a buyer can run
Testing plans with a hypothesis, a control and a kill rule. Not a mood board with a deadline.
Owns the loop
Brief, ad, result, next brief. They read the numbers and change the work, without being asked.
Four steps. No human time until you've earned it.
We only place a handful of strategists a month. The process is built to be fair to your time and ours.
Apply
Five minutes. What we look for: 2+ years running paid-social creative, and a $50k+/month account you've owned strategy on.
The test
Ninety minutes, one brand we assign. An account read, three concepts, one testing plan. Marked by an Adcrate strategist. Feedback either way.
Interview
Thirty minutes with the strategist who marked your test. We talk through your answers, not your CV.
The bench
You're in. When a brand or agency fits, you're one of the two or three finalists they meet. You interview, you decide.
Questions, answered.
Does it cost me anything?+
No. The brand or agency that hires you pays our fee. You never pay us anything, and nothing comes out of your salary or rate.
Do I have to be exclusive?+
No. Keep looking, keep freelancing. Just tell us if your availability changes so we don't put you in front of someone you can't say yes to.
Contract or full-time?+
Both. Brands usually want full-time; agencies usually want contract. Tell us which you're open to and we match accordingly.
I work at Adcrate. Can I apply?+
No. We don't place our own team. That's part of what the brands are paying for.
I work at one of Adcrate's clients. Can I apply?+
You can. We flag it internally and clear it before you go on the bench, so nobody's blindsided.
What if I don't pass the test?+
You get two lines of honest feedback on where it fell short, and you can reapply after six months. Plenty of good strategists don't pass first time.
Where are the roles?+
Remote-first, mostly. Hours and location follow the placement, and we tell you both before you interview.
Apply for the bench.
Five minutes. We read every application and come back within two working days, with the test brief if you're a fit.
Not this one.
We don't place current Adcrate staff on the bench. If you've moved on from Adcrate, apply again any time.
Got it.
We read every application and come back within two working days.
